Parcels go out in plain outer packaging with cold-chain insulation for temperature-sensitive material. Every order ships with a tracking number; domestic delivery is typically 2–4 business days, international 6–12 business days depending on destination.

Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no extra charge. Lost, seized or damaged parcels are reshipped or credited per the terms.
